1997-98 Skybox Premium Autographics CENTURY MARKS Dennis Rodman BGS 8.5/8 Auto

  

This is an incredibly condition sensitive set, and getting ANY of the cards in this high of a grade is nearly unheard of. Not only that, the subgrade that brought this one down is the surface. If you look at the 3rd picture I've provided, you can see that the outline of the tool used to press the embossed seal of authenticity from Skybox left a tiny indented ring around the outside of the seal. Clearly a factory flaw, and part of the authentication process. So really, this card should have a 9.5 for the surface, making the overall grade a 9.5!!!

This is probably one of the best Dennis Rodman cards in existence. Rodman almost NEVER signed autographs, especially for card companies. This this is an unbelievably rare find! To me, the grade on the autograph also makes no sense.

It's not faded, it doesn't run off the card, likely if it were resubmitted it would come back with a 10. Please see photos of actual item. If you are interested in the other cards you see here, please check my other auctions.
